Matches of IInd Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Football Tournament begins

Football is an international sport and with World Cup fever all around, Visakhapatnam too is gearing up with more sporting activity. Coastal Andhra Tigers beat Kanaka Durga FC 2-0 in the IInd Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Football Tournament first round match. The match was held at the Police Stadium Grounds.

Two quick goals, first by Veerraju at the 54th minute and B Swamy barely two minutes later secured the win of Coastal Andhra Tigers. Kanaka Durga FC however did not loose any patience and gave a stiff fight till the end of the match though they could not score any goal.
