VUDA gives list of unauthrorized layouts
A spokesman from the Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) said that some of the layouts in the Parawada, Pendurthi and Gajuwaka mandals are unauthorized. The Layouts with numbers 68/p of Pendurthi, 3/1p and 35/p of Ramapuram, 238/1 of Narava village, 106/1 to 106/18p and 88/18p in Gajuwaka and 269, 274/p and 275/p of E. Bonangi of Parawada Mandal as unauthorized.
People dealing with these plots in these layouts are advised to be cautious. With many industries, particularly in the Information Technology sector coming around, real estate market is in boom in Visakhapatnam.
