Commodore Reddy promoted to DMDE Secunderabad

Commodore G Vinoda Babu, VSM on Wednesday took over as Commanding Officer of INS Circars from Commodore SPR Reddy at a ceremonial parade at INS Circars parade ground. He was presented a 19 men guard and inspected platoons consisting of officers and sailors from INS Circars and additional units.

Commodore SPR Reddy is proceeding to DMDE, Secunderabad to take up his new assignment.
