VUDA to auction vacant plots

199 plots, flats and odd bits up for auction

Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) will conduct auction of vacant residential plots and Commercial plots, houses and bits in layouts in VMR limits. Around 199 plots, flats and odd bits are put for allotment through open auction. Of which, 53 plots and odd bits are in Madhurawada, 25 in Papuluppada layouts, 45 in Kurmannapalem, 26 in Kanapaka Ayannapeta and 11 in Babametta layouts of Viziangaram and few in Lake View layout at Madhurawada, Anakapall, Kurmannapalm and Sagarnagar areas. Ten Commercial plots at Kurmannapalem are put for auction.

The auction will be held in four days ie., July 8, 9,, and 16 and August 6 and it will be held at VUDA Children Theatre. In Vizianagaram, auctions will be held at Anandagajapati auditorium.

Applications and book lets with full details of auction will be issued from June 8 at VUDA office on payment of Rs.250 each. It will also be available through post on payment of Rs.300 through a demand draft drawn in favour of the Vice Chairman, VUDA and send to the Vice Chairman, VUDA, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam.
