Support services to be available round the clock

The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) will set up a call centres which will function round the clock. The service will be based on an interactive voice response system (IVRS) to cater the information/clarification being sought by the customers. The executives concerned will register complaints anytime.

The BSNL General Manager, Ganta said that they were in the processing of procuring the software and hardware. He said that the Visakhapatnam district has 1.52 lakh land line and 65,000 mobile subscribers. The new Telephone Directory published recently will be made available shortly.
