Customer Meet to be held at various parts in the district

The BSNL,Visakhapatnam Telecom District will hold a 'Customer Meet' on June 26 from 10.30am to 12.30pm at various places in the district.

Customers can bring into notice of the authorities about grievances regarding to non functioning of telephones, delay in shifting of telephone, delay in provision of new phone connection and excess metering complaints. However, public telephones will not come under the purview of these customer meets.
