VUDA lists 35 unauthorized layouts

VUDA officials conducts raids

The officials of Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) have conducted raids at various places and detected 35 unauthorized housing layouts. They have removed the boundaries and other development work taken up in the layouts. They warned the developers to face severe action if they continue their activities in the layouts without permission.

The Vigilance team of the VUDA has recently detected 70 unauthorized layouts in Anakapalli Zone, eight in Bheemunipatnam zone and18 in Viziangaram zone. The raid team have stopped development of 131 layouts without proper permission from the VUDA. They cautioned the public that any transactions in layouts should have the permission of VUDA.
