Aims at improving the performance of employees

The Bharath Heavy Plates and Vessels (BHPV) Deputy General Manager SS Prakash inaugurated a three day performance growth laboratory which is conducted by the Deputy General Manager for Ferro Alloys Corporation (FACOR) KVVS Murthy.

Speaking on the occasion, Prakash said that it is quite apt that the BHPV was conducting a training programme aimed at improving the performance of the employees in accordance with the management philosophy as was emphasized by the new Managing Director Om Prakash.

Murty advised all the participants to take full advantage of the expertise of the trainer who organized several training programmes for the BHPV earlier. Nearly 35 managers from BHPV and FACOR are participating in the programme.
