PDSU conducts rally - Submits memorandum to Vice Chancellor

The Progressive Democratic Students Union (PDSU) rally to Andhra University and a dharna opposing the reported move to introduced four year degree course and semester system of examination and the entry of foreign universities passed off peacefully. A heavy contingent of policemen was deployed on the University Road and entry points closed as a precautionary measure in view of the recent incidents in the city.
