New numbering scheme in line with National Numbering Scheme

Keeping in line with the national numbering plan, BSNL Visakhapatnam Telecom District has come up with new telephone numbers for Customer Care.

The new telephone numbers are: Access Code for Dial up INET services – 12737, Booking of faulty leased line circuits – 12676, Help Desk Service at all nodes for NIB (Engage Tone) – 12678, Complaints on Electricity – 155333, Municipal Civil Complaints – 155304 and Collector Office for Water complaints – 155313
