Project to facilitate civil works

As a part of expansion in raw material handling plant (RMHP), the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant started the with the inauguration of piling works in ore/flux and base mix area of RMHP by Director (Personnel) KA Naidu on Friday.

Nearly 2750 numbers of piles will be cast in the above area which will facilitate other civil works. The job was awarded to M/s Vijay Nirman Company, Visakhapatnam at a cost of Rs. 10.17 crores and is expected to be completed in about nine months. Top officials of the VSP were present on the occasion.
