According to P. Rajev Head, Recruitment services, NEXT, ‘The biggest challenge before the students in this region has been to get direct access to high quality job opportunities in this sector and for companies like it is to be able to access high quality candidates in an aggregated settings. The NEXT job fair fulfils both their needs and provides a common platform. He said that plans are there to conduct such fairs on the basis of response.
