Visakhapatnam, December 2, 2006

VSP teams bags medals

In the International Convention on Quality Control Circles-2006 at Bali, Indonesia from November 20 to 24, the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) won silver and Bronge medals in High Risk from Traffic department and Pinnacle from Water Management Department. Nearly 150 teams consisting of 1000 delegates from various organizations of South East Asia like Japan, Malaysia, China, Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries participated.

VSP QC teams are one among twenty out of 45 teams from our country selected for competitions and presented their QC case studies. The convention was the most unique international Quality Circle Convention in association with the International Association, Indonesia. In the convention, delegates from different countries exchanged information and experiences.
