Special busses operated for the facility of devotees
The Annual Kalyanotsavam was held at the Lord Sri Lakshmi Nrusimha Swamy Temple atop the Simhachalam hill range. The Kalyanotsavam programs began with the special prayers offered by the temple trustee Poosapati Ananda Gajapati Raju and his family. Devotees pulled the holy chariot as a part of the Radhotsavam in which the procession deity was taken. Special prayers were offered to the Lord as a part of the Kalyanam.
Fireworks, lightings, specially decorated temple and the radham of the Lord made the atmosphere to be really excellent. Special Annadhanam was conducted. Special busses were plyed both by the Devasthanam and the Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC). Dance performances and musical concert by the Sri Sri Music Academy drew the attention of the devotees.
