Brazil student studies AIDS awareness with Green Vision.

Ms. Stefania Forner, a graduate student of the Federal University of Brazil was surprised at the poor levels of knowledge on HIV and AIDS. Ms. Forner is studying awareness on HIV/AIDS in Visakhapatnam as a part of the exchange program if AIESEC. A researcher in Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Ms. Forner is working with the NGO organization Green Vision.

She said that the Brazil Government has begun awareness campaigns on AIDS over a decade ago and that such programs were conducted right from the school level. She was surprised that sex in India, a country which brought about the Kamasutra, is now considered sex as taboo. Her initial findings says that Vizagites treats HIV as a disease!
