Additional Industrial Tribunal and Family court on way

High Court Judge B Prakasa Rao inaugurated the additional bench of the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal at the Gurudwara Junction in Visakhapatnam. Speaking at the inauguration, he said that the judicial officials are not responsible for the huge number of cases that are lying pending and that additional courts and tribunals are to be setup to attend to this problem.

Judge Prakasa Rao said that there is a proposal for setting up an additional Industrial Tribunal and an additional Family Court in Visakhapatnam.
