AIDCOC Convention 2006 begins at Visakhapatnam

The Commissioner of the Drugs and Copyrights V Dinesh Reddy stressed on the need to strengthen drug control organization. He is the chief guest at the All India Drug Control Officers Confederation (AIDCOC) Convention 2006 that began at Visakhapatnam.

Former Chairman of the Bar Council of India, DV Subba Rao, in his key note address, asked the confederation to play a vital rote in educating the general public on th schedule, pricing, formula and other aspects of drugs. The President of Confederation, SW Deshpande said that the recommendations of the earlier committees needs to be implemented first before setting up new committees. Secretary General of AIDCOC Ravi Uday Bhaskar presented a report on AIDCOC.
