Senior officials of Visakhapatnam Development Authority identified five unauthorized layouts in Gajuwaka mandal during inspection on Monday. According to VUDA spokesman, they had found unauthorized layouts being development by K.Appala Raju and KSN Raju, P.Krishnam Raju, GV Satyanarayana, K.Srinivasaro and N.Rambabu in Duvvada and Talavanipalem villages.

The spokesman said the public should not enter into any transaction for buying plots in the unauthorized layouts and warned the developers to apply immediately for layout approval or face criminal action.
