A new oil purification system for the oil reclamation unit in Visakhapatnam Steel Plant was commissioned on Wednesday by the Chairman and Managing Director of the VSP, Y.Siva Sagar Rao. The new equipment provided by Indian Oil Corporation was handed over by the IOC Executive Director (Lubes) K.Swaminathan to VSP Director (Operations) KK Rao.

Mr.Siva Sagar Rao said conservation was the buzzword in the world today and due to consistent efforts of the Steel Plant, the plant could achieve the lowest water consumption which was the best in Indian steel industry.
