AP Transco Joint Managing Director Dinesh Kumar has been appointed Election Observer for Anakapalle and Bheemunipatnam municipalities.

Dinesh has held a review meeting with district election observers at Anakapalle on Monday and game them directions to ensure free and fair poll. He also reviewed the security arrangements made for safe keeping of electronic voting machines.
