Visakhapatnam, October 8 2005
The Visakhapatnam Steel Plant will disburse bonus of Rs.12,760 each to nearly 17000 employees. A memorandum of understanding to this effect on annual performance linked reward scheme was signed between the management and trade unions on Saturday.
All employees of regular nature would be paid as advance pending finalization of the annual performance linked reward scheme.
