Visakhapatnam, October 28, 2005

The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority will conduct an auction on November 13 to allot 40 flats of the Sagar Nagar housing scheme. The auction to be held at the VUDA Children’s Theatre was the flats whose original allotment had been cancelled due to default in payments by the allottees. The VUDA Vice Chairman G.Venkataram Reddy said in a statement on Friday that applications for bidding the flats would be on sale from November 1.

The Applications can be had from the VUDA Office located at Siripuram by paying 100 in cash or Rs.150 through post by a demand draft favouring ‘Vice Chairman, VUDA’. Applications along with the prescribed deposit amount will be accepted till November 13. He also said that a layout developed by one Giribabu on an extent of 10 acres in Sabbavaram mandal was unauthorized.
