Tally Solutions Private Limited of Bangalore will launch its popular accounting software Tally at Saiteja Computer Services Private Limited on Thursday. Speaking at the press conference in this connection KL Narasimham and BVV Prasada Rao of Saiteja Computers said that Tally was the most popular accounting software in the country with a market share of 90 per cent. The main objective of establishing the centre was to impart extensive training in the software.

The software is an upgraded version and requires advanced learning to use it effectively and they said that following the introduction of VAT, Service Tax and the changes made in tax deduction at source, it had become very cumbersome as separate accounts were needed to be maintained for every thing. An online examination would be conducted by Tally Academy and the successful candidates would be issued the Tally Graduate certificate and the names of the successful candidates would be placed in the website.
