All the six constituent unions of the Joint Action Committee of APSRTC employees are firm on going on strike from Tuesday next. Speaking to media on Monday, JAC Secretary and general secretary of CITU affiliated APSRTC Staff and Workers Federation R.Lakshmaiah explained that the employees were being forced to resort to strike due to the adamant attitude of the State Government which could have easily settled at least eight of their 14 demands.
It may be recalled APSRTC Unions went on strike only few months back.
