After a review meeting with the LPG dealers in a teleconference on Friday in the wake of media reports about the shortage, the Joint Collector Sandeep Kumar Sultania said that some inconvenience was caused to consumers as the dealers could not submit demand drafts for the stocks due to bank holidays and also strict adherence to the booking system catering only for the genuine customers
The Joint Collector said that if any dealer demands more, the consumer could contact the control room on telephone 1077 and 2563121 and lodge a complaint for taking stringent action against such dealers.
