The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has released a grant of Rs.1.5 crores to strengthen and upgrade emergency facilities in the King George Hospital. According to the Superintendent of KGH M.Ganeswararao said that the amount would be spent in six months.
The grant will be spent on purchase of two ambulances, improving communication facilities, electrification, sanitation, furniture and maintenance.
