Visakhapatnam Steel Plant Chairman and Managing Director, Y.Siva Sagar Rao has been presented the Best Chief Executive Award for his outstanding contribution to the growth of the public sector.

Union Minister for Statistics and Programme Implementation Oscar Fernades gave away the award to Siva Sagar Rao at the Rajiv Ratna National Award 2005 presentation function held in Delhi.
