Students draw inspiration from the life of Nobel Laureate CV Raman to strive hard and undertake world class research which could lead to another Nobel Prize. This was the appeal made by GITAM Institute of Science and Technology founder director MVVS Murty to its students on the occasion of 118th birth Anniversary of Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman.
Principal N.Lakshmana Das said that Raman accomplished his research with the simple sources available in India in those days but today student have better research infrastructure and so they should perform better.
