Saadhan Clinic, started by the Population Services International is celebrating its 3rd anniversary. It was established in 1988 with a mandate to assist the Government of India in the fields of HIV/AIDS prevention and maternal and child health which is a on profit and non Governmental organization.
The clinic provides high quality services of voluntary counseling and testing a subsidized fee of Rs.25 and free diagnosis of sexually transmitted infections. The VCT centre has experienced counselors who are regularly trained on the subject and offer pre and post-test counseling according to senior project manager K.Mukherjee.
