District Co-operative Central Bank (DCCB) Chairman Balireddy Satya Rao spoke to the reporters on Friday after taking charge as the Chief of DCCB said that the welfare of farmers will be top priority of the Bank.

The new DCCB Chairman said that he would take the organization to get closer to farmers.

Also on plans are to provide loans to members of the Rytu Clubs at a very low rate of interest.
