Visakhapatnam, November 5, 2005
With the sufficient number of Online counters functioning at the BSNL Customer Care Centres for payment of telephone bills, the facility of payment of telephone bills at all branches of Andhra Bank in the Visakhapatnam revenue district has been discontinued according to a press release.
It may recalled that BSNL went on a massive computerization effort in the past few years making it self-reliant to provide spot sevices over the counter at its offices.
