Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited which stormed into the cellular market after the entry of big players like Airtel, Idea and Hutch, is all set to become No.1 operator in the city according to the General Manager, J.Ganta. Speaking at a meeting conducted to mark the inauguration of customer service centre in Andhra University, he said as of now the BSNL had a client base of 62000 and said that BSNL may turn the market leader.

The customer care centre inaugurated by the AU Vice Chancellor, L.Venugopala Reddy will provide all services under one roof.
