The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority has cautioned members of the public not to purchase plots from two unauthorized layouts was Jaggarajupeta and Aganampudi in Gajuwaka mandal. According to a VUDA release, CV Nageswara Sastry develops the layouts.
