Three town police registered the FIR

The Second Metropolitan Magistrate, K.Chandrasekhararao on Thursday granted bail to the Deputy Mayor Malla Appalaraju and five others who were detained in connection with the Maddilapalem demolition and eviction case and a news channel reporter and cameraman was also allegedly attacked by his followers.

The bail was granted with the condition that thee accused produce a self surety and two sureties of Rs. 5000 each and report tot the police station on every Monday between 10am to 5pm for a period of two months or till the charge sheet was filed. The Three town police registered the FIR following a complaint by K.Majji Varalakshmi one of the residents of the disputed site.
