Contract workers of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant have served a strike notice on the management. The indefinite strike will be launched any time on or after 24 th if their demands are not met immediately. The contract workers’ unions affiliated to the Centre of Indian Trade Unions, the AITUC and the HMS served the notice demanding wages on part with other steel plants.
