The Vice Chairman of VUDA, G.Venkataram Reddy said on Saturday that daily review and regular monitoring would be taken up to provide services and redress the grievances of people.

Addressing the press, he said issues relating to registration of sites and houses allotted by VUDA, sale permissions, legal heir and third party transfers, issue of no object certificates, payments of dues, applications of layout approvals, building approvals, unauthorized layouts, change of land use applications etc., and all issues relating to accounts, urban forestry wings, estate and land acquisition wing would be considered in the programme.

He said nearly 17 grievances were received on the first day itself. He said that VUDA has delegated the power of approving building applications, upto 1000 sq.metres with ground floor plus two floors for residential purposes to civic bodies within VUDA limits and more than that VUDA approval is necessary.
