Visakhapatnam, June 21, 2005
The III Town police on Tuesday arrested nine persons, including two women from Yendada under Section 151 for trying to obstruct the demolition work undertaken by Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation.
According to the police, they were arrested when they tried to obstruct corporation workers who had come to demolish an unauthorized hutment on the corporation’s land. Over 300 huts were later demolished.
