The Refinery Executive Director, DK Deshpande, inaugurated the new administrative building of the Visakha Refinery of the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL).

The four-storied building was built at a cost of Rs.11.50 crores with state of the art facilities and amidst lush green surroundings.
