Benefits apply to those who pay the entire dues and outstanding principal at one time
The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority has extended the one time settlement scheme benefits to its allottees upto February 28th. The scheme applies to the allottees of the VUDA Housing Colonies and layouts coming under quarterly installment schemes. Under this OTS, two third reductions on penal interest and two percent incentive on balance principal amount would be offered to the allottees of the old housing schemes and layouts of VUDA. The benefits apply to those who pay the entire dues and outstanding principal at one time.
