Driver lost control over the vehicle while negotiating a curve
Six tribals died and five of them on the spot on Monday when a jam-packed private van overturned near RV nagar in the GK Veedhi mandal in the district on Monday. The accident occurred when the van carrying 60 tribals was returning from RV Nagar to Chintapalli after attending a shandy. Reports say that the accident occurred when the driver lost control over the vehicle while negotiating a curve on the ghat road. The injured was admitted in RV Nagar, GK Veedhi public health centers and Chintapalli and Narsipatnam area hospitals. The condition of 25 persons were said to be serious.
