Assistant General Manager V. Viswanadharao inaugurated the concept

The State Bank of India, Dwarakanagar branch has introduced ‘Grahak Mitra’, a customer friendly initiative. The Assistant General Manager V.Viswanadharao inaugurated the concept and a drop box on Friday. The facility would attend to the queries of customers, direct them to the desk concerned and help them utilize alternative channels like ATM, drop box and Internet banking. The Chief Manager, C.Raghu Kumar was present on the occasion. A small Enterprises Credit Cell was opened at the SBI Zonal office on Friday. The cell was formally inaugurated by the DGM, SK.Choudhury. The cell would clear loan applications upto an amount of Rs.25 lakhs.
