The Organizing Committee of Visakha Utsav 2005 is invited people from other States who have settled in Visakhapatnam to be present at various cultural programme reflecting their respective cultures during the four day Utsav from December 25.

Apart from the cultural programme, these groups can also prepare cuisines of their respective regions. This makes the Utsav a more meaningful program and becomes a platform to represent the true Visakha.
