Medical representatives will go on a three-day nation wide strike from December 14 to protest against various issues relating to availability and pricing of drugs, revival of public sector drug units and bringing the representatives under the Industrial Disputes Act.

Speaking at a press conference on Monday, the AP Medical and Sales Representatives Union president N.Subramanyam, National Working Committee member T.Kameswararao and State Working Committee member P.Suresh Babu said essential and life saving drugs should be made available to common man at an affordable price.
