Massive security arrangements have been made for the Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's election meeting to be held at the Port Stadium on Tuesday. The Chief Minister N.Chandrababunaidu will also attend the meeting.Mr.Vajpayee is scheduled to arrive by a special aircraft from Gowhati around 4.30pm and address the election meeting at 5pm.
