A five day customer care programme was organized by the Waltair Division organized by the Waltair Division of East Coast Railway for its frontline staff of the Commercial department. The training programme intended to improve customer relations was imparted by a representative of the National Institute of Sales, Sparta-Kolkata. Personality Development, Positive thinking and listening skills were some of the areas which were dealt with during the course. On completion of the first batch, a simple function was organized at DRM's Conference Hall on Sunday.
