The Regional Passport Officer Ms. Abhilasha Joshi said that the External Ministry has increased the cost of application of passport only after thorough study. She said that a 'May I Help You' counter was setup at the office to help applicants in filling the application forms. She confirmed that the passport has no 'authorised agents'.
