Vijju, the Dolphin is the official mascot of the Visakha Utsav 2005. Vijju travels in a striking of colors. The three colors represent the Industrial, Tourism and Sports & Culture of Visakhapatnam.

'VijjU' is actually coined as a nickname for 'vizaguvijayam' which means actually represents the development of Visakhapatnam in these three sectors.
