Donot Pay the bills in part. The Dept. accepts Bill payments only in full.

It is good to pay your telephone bills by means of a Cheque or a Draft and pay it at your nearest Post Office, Telegraph Office, Telecom Centers or at the Main Branch, Daba Gardens or China Waltair Branches of Syndicate Bank. This lets you avoid rush and standing in queues at the Accounts Office of the Department.

It is also wise to pay your bills early without waiting for the due date to come. Pay your bills by DD instead of Cheque if possible. This allows you to keep your burden off without having to see that there are funds in your bank account.
