On 2nd July 2000, the Club honoured EAMCET 2000 1st Ranker

25 Electronic tool kits were distributed to Deaf & Dumb students on 15th July 2000

The Club distributed fruits to Schools for Blind in Rushikonda and MVP Colony on Mother Theresa Birth Day

6 Eye camps were held during Thallarevu, Narsipatnam, Anandapuram, Sabbavaram, Dumbrugude and Gannela rural areas during September 2000. Over 500 patients were treated and 360 were operated. Out of these there were 70% women.

On 8th October, the Club organised a Blood Donation Camp.

A Mass Family Planning Programme was held at the PHC, Gajuwaka during 12th & 13th October 2000.

World Sight Day was observed on 19th October 2000 and 100 patients went on a test for their eyes at the PHC, Pendurthy. 75 people have under gone eye operations.
